I am also a hypno-doula who is trained in assisting woman who have been through birth hypnotherapy classes or self-taught home classes. I have designed a prenatal massage service called Guided Birth Massage which will help our doula clients prepare for their birth by practicing the same guided visualization, self-hypnosis & massage that I will use during their labor.
